The following terminology applies to these Terms and conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all agreements: “Client”, “You and Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the terms and conditions of Vitruvia’s website. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and Vitruvia refers to our Company. All terms refer to the acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to receive payment for the product that you, the Client has ordered.
Product descriptions on this site have been taken directly from the manufacturers. We are making no claims on efficacy, studies, or statements that have been made by the manufacturers. We fully acknowledge that supplements are not regulated by the FDA and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products should only be used with the guidance of a physician and should be fully disclosed to any health care professionals that are providing medical treatment for you. Information and use of these supplements is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and should only be used with the direct supervision of your physician.
It is your responsibility to obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regards to possession of any product from this website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the use of the products will be at the recommended dosage and in a lawful manner. Just because an order is placed it does not confirm acceptance of that order. We have the right to deny purchase of any product on our site to any individual. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product. We may also require additional information prior to shipping of an order and reserve the right to deny an order.
By placing an order, you authorize Vitruvia, PLLC, to charge the credit card/debit card you provided. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified at the time that your payment has failed.
All products and product information are subject to change at any time without notice. Products often change labels and make improvements to their ingredient list. We will not notify you of any changes in these products and it is your responsibility to verify the label when purchased, especially if you have known allergies to certain ingredients. Vitruvia makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and current but despite this effort this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitruvia makes no representation as to how complete, current or accurate the products on this website are. Products listed may have different ingredients, be discontinued or unavailable.
1. Returns: you have the right to return a product within 30 days of shipping, provided the product is unopened and its in the original packaging with all labels intact. If you have received a damaged product please call our office to discuss the exchange of this product.

3. Refunds: your refund will be for the price of purchase and will be refunded in the form of payment you used at the time of purchase.
We will make every effort to ship your products the next working business day. Friday and weekend orders will typically go out on Monday. We ship using the United States Postal Service so if special instructions are needed please call our office in advance of placing the order. We do NOT ship to any country outside of the United States from the website.
Autoship (recurring) Orders:
The following autoship Terms and Conditions apply when you enroll in our autoship option:
You must have an account, a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card to participate in the autoship Program.
When you place an autoship order, Vitruvia will automatically place and ship an order for your selected autoship item(s), on a scheduled date determined by your order frequency selection on your initial autoship order. When you place an autoship order, the credit card you provided for subsequent autoship orders will be charged until you cancel your autoship order. Unless modified by you, the credit card you used to set up the initial autoship order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed.
If your credit card is declined at the time of autoship order placement, your order will not be placed. You will be notified by email that your autoship payment has failed and you will have the opportunity to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your autoship order will be processed.
Credit Card and Debit Card payment will be the only valid payment types accepted for autoship order payment.
Each autoship order will automatically have 10% deducted from the sales price of the item. Tax and shipping are not included in the deduction.
You will have an opportunity to cancel your autoship order prior to the order being shipped if you respond
within the designated time frame. Once autoship orders have been processed they are subject to our refund/return policy.
Autoship Order Backordered Items:
Occasionally an autoship product may be on backorder. Any backordered autoship item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Cancellation of Autoship Orders:
You may cancel your autoship subscription by going to the My Account section and clicking on the autoship Management page. Or you can call our office at 405-608-4447. You may modify or cancel your autoship order at any time before the subsequent order is processed.
Please be advised that canceling an autoship order will stop all future shipments of that order.To resume your autoship order after you cancelled it, you will need to create a new autoship order.
Changing of Your Autoship Order:
Modifying subsequent autoship orders is easy. Simply log in to your account and click “autoship Management” to update your autoship order. You can modify the following on your autoship order(s):
Update payment information
Update billing / shipping addresses
Change the order frequency of an item
Remove items from you autoship order
Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations:
The information on this web site if provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this company:

The client understands the potential of adverse reactions even though these are supplements and acknowledges the potential that some of these reactions, especially allergic reactions, can be serious and even fatal. It is the responsibility of the client to check the bottles they receive for any ingredients they may be allergic to and avoid those products.

All products purchased on this site are sugmect only to the applicable warranties from the respective manufacturers and suppliers.
